Shipping & Delivery

Bal Chikitsa sells digital access only (website plans). We do not sell or ship any physical product, so there is no shipping charge and no delivery address is needed.

How and when you get access

• Your plan is activated on your account immediately after the payment succeeds, normally within a minute. You will see a confirmation screen, and your plan and end date on your dashboard.
• Access is delivered online to the email account you signed up with. Nothing is sent by post or courier.
• If the plan does not show within a few minutes, refresh the page and sign in again. If it still does not show, write to gogolu22009@gmail.com with your Razorpay payment ID and we will fix it or refund as explained in the Refund Policy.

Plan period

Monthly plans give 30 days and yearly plans give 365 days from the payment date. Plans do not renew automatically. See the Terms of Service.
